Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for marketplace (general goods) and food orders.
1. Marketplace returns
Most general-goods items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Start a return from Orders → the order → Return or replace, choose a reason, and pick drop-off at a Daggo hub or rider pickup.
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds hit your Daggo Wallet within 24 hours, or your original card in 5–7 business days.
2. Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety, perishable goods, opened personal-care items, and made-to-order products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
3. Food orders
Food is prepared fresh and is not returnable, but if your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or in poor condition, report it within 1 hour via Help & Support. We will arrange a redelivery or refund after review.
4. Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We cover return logistics in these cases and issue a full refund or replacement.
5. Refund methods
Refunds default to your Daggo Wallet for the fastest turnaround. You can request a refund to your original payment method instead during the return flow.
